In this Upcycle Clothing Workshop with River Takada, we will be learning how to mend textiles by hand with practical techniques. We will cover how to pick your fabric, sew on buttons, best practices and best stitches to fix your beloved clothing and more. Bring an item from home to mend (bring your own material or use the random scraps on hand) or practice hand sewing on scrap fabric. No previous sewing experience required.
