Working with flowers from Taykeira’s garden, we will be bundle dyeing tote bags!

ABOUT THE CLASS

This gathering is hosted by Inner and Through an apothecary and wellness space built on my homeland in Bertie County NC .

This class is intended for people of all ages as River Takada of RIVTAK guides us through creating beautiful designs on organic cotton tote bags using nothing but fresh wildflowers and plant materials.

Small children accompanying an adult and sharing a creation do not need a paid solo ticket but please rsvp for them via a childs donation ticket using any amount you can give to ensure space is available at the table.

EXPLORING WILDFLOWERS

While our totes are steaming we will explore the garden learning about the flowers we used including NC native blooms that support the busy pollinators and have amazing medicinal benefits for self.

There will be light food ( including plant based options ) and drinks for each person to enjoy during this time as well.

LOCATION

Although we will be under a tent for majority of this day, it is still an outdoor gathering so pease be prepared to endure the outside elements.

This gathering will be postponed if there is rain or lots of rain the night before .
