In this 4 session class, learn to sew the iconic log cabin quilt block and its variations, while working intuitively with fabric and scraps. We will quilt our blocks and bind a small lap quilt.

4 Sessions: Wednesdays, 11am-1pm; Jan. 23 + 30 and Feb. 6 + 13

Required materials:

3/4 yd of two to three colors or color families of fabric, can use scraps at least 2.5" wide;

1.5 yd backing fabric;

1.5 yd batting;

coordinating thread
